Electralloy has added EC690 (UNS N06690 /W. Nr 2.4632) a high-chromium nickel alloy to our growing family of product offerings.  The chemical composition of EC690 is designed for applications requiring excellent resistance to corrosive aqueous media and high temperature environments. The properties of EC690 make it application suitable for reprocessing of nuclear fuels, petrochemical processing and waste incinerators. EC690 can be used in steam generator tubes, tube sheets, baffles and nuclear power generation.
Electralloy can offer EC690 in the following forms;

        ESR Ingot: 20” diameter and 30” diameter fully conditioned

        ESR Billet: 4” to 18” RCS or Round Forging or Extrusion Billet

        ESR Bar: upon request.

Ingot, billet and bar are produced in accordance with; ASTM B 166, ASTM B 564, ASME SB 166, ASME SB 564.
