Electralloy is proud to announce the promotions of Chad Bowler to Production Control Manager and Rebecca Rudolph to Inside Sales Manager.

Chad Bowler has been with Electralloy since 2012 when he joined the company at an entry level position in the Melt Shop. After two years he became part of the sales team.  Over the next ten years Chad served as Inside Sales Technician, Inside Sales Specialist and Inside Sales Manager.

In his new positions as Production Control Manager Chad will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and overseeing manufacturing schedules, balancing customer demand with resource capacity, managing inventory levels, and working with procurement, sales, logistics, and manufacturing teams.

Rebecca Rudolph began her career with Electralloy in 2011 as Inside Sales Technician.  She was promoted to Inside Sales Specialist in 2014.

As the new Inside Sales Manager, Rebecca’s responsibilities include assisting the VP of Sales and Marketing in leading and managing the inside sales team, driving sales growth, and helping to build and maintain the strong relationships with Electralloy’s customer base.  Rebecca will also be working closely with the Quality, Technology, and Production Planning departments as a liaison between the sales department and various customer requirements.
